I have always called Tuscaloosa home. I've been here for most of my life, but I have had the opportunity to live in Chicago, IL and Pensacola, FL for brief periods with my husband John.
We are in our 31st year of marriage and have 3 children. My oldest is Anne who is a REALTOR with LAH in Birmingham and is married to Conner Liles. I have two sons, Davis, 25, who works for Capstone Development based in Lafayette, LA, and Stuart, 22, who attends The University of Alabama. In the spring of 2006 I became a proud grandmother of Jack Liles, son of Anne and Conner, and in January, 2008, Jack was blessed with a new baby brother - Maxwell Liles.
Family is very important to us. We feel it is the foundation of a life well-lived. We are very lucky that ours is an "Inter-Generational" family with Mama, Dee Davis, being our ninth member. Perhaps you knew of my Dad, Jack Davis, a local dentist, or my grandfather, Lewis Davis, the only Family Practitioner in Gordo, AL for many years. They, along with Mama, were instrumental in helping me understand life's values and the importance of hard work.
I have always felt that giving back to the community is an important part of life, too. My husband and I are Magic Moments founders and we continue to volunteer. I also volunteer for the Soup Bowl, serve as a chairperson for the March of Dimes Walk-A-Thon and I am on the State Board for Kappa Delta House Corporation, among other volunteer or community organizations.
Both Mama and Dad taught me to appreciate flowers. They spent a lifetime in cultivating and developing Camellias.
Between my family, my church involvement, my civic responsibilities, and my career, I feel that I live a very blessed life!

Payton Junkin joined the Alice Maxwell Team in October of 2006. A native of Guin, Alabama and an avid fan of the "Crimson Tide," Payton was basically a weekend citizen of Tuscaloosa as a child. After a year stint at a small college in Mississippi, Payton knew that his heart was meant to be at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. While pursuing a degree at the University, the real estate door knocked and he answered without hesitation. With 2 ½ years experience under his belt, he is happy and eager to help you with your move to the area. As a Buyer's specialist with the Alice Maxwell Team, Payton is equipped to assist you and walk along side you in the purchase of your home. David Dailey is a Tuscaloosa transplant from San Diego, California. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate. David has spent the last ten years serving as the music minister for various churches and ministries nationwide including the JH Ranch, and the Outback America Parent-Child ministries. Internationally, David has served with YWAM on missions trips to Tijuana, Mexico, and has lead worship in Israel several times. David currently serves The Church at Tuscaloosa. David believes that his experience in ministry compliments his career in real estate. He is excited about serving his clients with diligence, creativity, and integrity.
